I am trying to recover an email account I've made around 10 years ago. I have the password and my facebook, and skype that is linked to it. But everytime i log into it, i get it looks like someone else might be using your account. I'm 100% there as been no activity on it for the past 10 years. I've attempted the recovery form almost everyday for the past week; reaching the limit of trying daily and getting no where. I understand you're trying to protect us from hackers but it is my on personal account that i'm trying to get back. I tried speaking customer service both chat and on the phone but nothing helps. I provide any type of information that i could have used 10 years ago but denies me. If there is any alternative solution to this, please help.
