He's been randomly blocked or locked out of his email
After he resets his password (using the phone sent code) it tell him "It looks like someone else might be using your account" He's tried filling out the questionnaire but the account was made almost a decade ago and he doesn't
use the mail very often. just to communicate urgent matters. Anyhow the questionnaire won't verify his identity. I've searched the forums and I have found nothing that is useful. I've reset his password and tried to reach the option that states "contact customer
support" but it's not there. He's filled out the questionnaire god knows how many times and i cannot find a number for customer support.
Please help, my dad has been a loyal hotmail user and this incident is just really frustrating.
