Cannot find any other way of contacting Hotmail about this.  But basically I set up an email account with @hotmail.co.uk, I've just logged onto it to find that there are loads of emails from ebay and paypal addressed to somebody else.  At first I thought I'd been hacked but noticed none of them had been read and they were all a bit too day to day to be hacker activity.  Contacted this person on eBay to let them know I was receiving their mail, after talking we realised we have the exact same email address.  When I opened my account a few weeks ago I somehow managed to replace hers!  Outlook needs to look into this ASAP as this other persons sensitive emails could have got into the wrong hands and it has landed her in a lot of problems with ebay and paypal as she's unable to change email/passwords etc.
