Following numerous email requests from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I have tried to delete a credit card in my Microsoft Account to enable me to pay and continue my ad-free subscription with a replacement credit card. I am unable to do this without first contacting Support because of nonexistent "associations" with the card I wish to delete.

Unfortunately, Microsoft do not display any contact information.

I have tried twice to obtain assistance by telephoning number 0800 587 2920 (UK) and 0844 800 240025 but without success.

Can you assist me please.
