I need help with an Email I received supposedly from Microsoft but I am a bit sceptical about the validity of it.  Could you please advise if this is Genuine. Below is a copy of the body of the mail:

We have detected that your email account is at a high risk of virus transmission and deactivation. 

Microsoft Windows Update will verify and update your email security. Please click here to verify and secure your email account with our updated Microsoft Windows Protection to avoid your email account deactivation. 


By signing into your appropriate email domain, free auto update and protection will be complete. 
Thanks for your subscription and we look forward to continually protect you.
