I tried all the things you suggested and it kept going back to the sign in page and would NOT let me sign in, nor is there any "private message",, nor is there any phone number to use, you folks have the wrong phone number for us, the wrong e-mail address for us, everything is royally screwed up and boy am I getting annoyed after NOT being able to access e-mail for the last week, NOT being able to retrieve addresses, NOT being able to make any sense whatsoever of the convoluted hoops you assume everyone knows how to jump through.  Surely there has to be a better way. And NO I can't find anything ANYWHERE!
