I use Windows 7 and Live Mail 2011. Live Mail keeps prompting me for my email (Roadrunner) password. it will not stop. I am absolutely certain that I am giving the correct password. I have spent an hour on the phone with my cable company (Time Warner) to confirm incoming and outgoing server info, etc., only to be told this is a Microsoft issue.
