I have posted this question before but I may not have been in the right section.  I am going around in circles trying to fix my problem. My wonderful Live Mail will not synchronize with my 2 Hotmail accounts. I have had no trouble for years.

So far, I have run Disk Clean Up, checked Hard Dick Drive Errors, defragmented, done a full TrendMicro Scan, gone back to a previous Restore Point, removed accounts and reinstated them in Live Mail, Uninstalled Windows Live Essentials 2011 and re-installed it, followed all the suggestions in the Microsoft Community. And googled the error Numbers 0x80048849 and 0x80048820 "Unable to send or received emails" for both accounts. All to no avail.   My internet connection works fine with everything else.

I would be very grateful to received some assistance with this problem, or be advised how to go about finding the right spot in Microsoft Help Centre.
