Would someone help?   I forgot my password, then entered the wrong password three times wrong, so microsoft

asked for me to verify my account.  I did verify my account.  Then microsoft said they will send me a RESET CODE.

But they never did.   All they sent me was TWO emails.  The first email said CONGRATULATIONS you are verified and

will be sent a separate email with a RESET LINK.   But the second email said only that I would be receiving SHORTLY a

RESET LINK.    I never received the REST LINK.   I reported this error and was told that as I have a TWO STAGE security

setting activated, this would have to be cancelled.   When I cancelled the TWO STAGE then I received a NOTICE that

it would take 30 days to CANCEL the TWO STAGE security setting.    Then I appealed but ONLY received an email saying

to contact the forum.   What a way to PASS THE BUCK.    Will you help me access my two hotmail accounts?
