I called Microsoft for support.  They wanted to see my screen and I had to accept the applet "LogMeInRescue."  Now it will never leave my machine.  Every time I start up my computer it's there, and every day I have to quit it.  It starts with this message (below is from two days):

[3:57 PM] Connecting...

[3:57 PM] This session has expired and can no longer be used. To start a new session this applet must be downloaded again.

[10:12 AM] Connecting...

[10:12 AM] This session has expired and can no longer be used. To start a new session this applet must be downloaded again.


I asked the person on the phone (Microsoft Support) how to get rid of it, but his only idea was to check Startup Items, but it's not there.  How can I get this thing off my computer?


(I categorized this under Outlook only because it was due to an Outlook problem that I had to call in; there is no choice for LogMeInRescue.)
