I don't know if you are the one who deal with the pre-set email app on android phone but I had what I thought was my original hotmail account syced to my phone. By thought I mean that all my emails form forever (on my original hotmail account were there). In trying to sync it to the the outlook account it deleted everything. Everything is gone. I had business receipts that I had on there that I need since I have a small business. However, since I had multiple hotmail accounts and one was not synced to the other until the switch was made I have emails for 2011 on there from the other account. The account I hardly used. If you know of any way to get them back or who to talk to please help me. I really need those receipts.
