I have a Mac OSX and I have set up my Microsoft Outlook 2011 with an email linked to my internet service provider. I have gone as far as adding an outlook account on top of this said email address. So far, I cannot visualise this added account on my Microsoft
Outlook App. In addition, under 'Tools' then 'Accounts' - I can see a Yellow/Amber circle next to this outlook address.
What is the cause and solution for this? I suspect this problem is to do with servers, however, I don't know much about servers. Has anyone successfully added an additional account i.e. receive emails from two accounts from Microsoft Outlook 2011 on a
Mac OSX?
