I opened  long time ago a  mail adress from hotmail for a  specifical game. And  I didn't use this mail adress for long time. Even didn't open it. And now  I'm having a message that says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account." when I try to log in to my  mail. I need  that mail adress  to play that game. And  that account certainly was there before outlook.

What happened  to my  mail account ? Is there a way to get it back ? Has  Microsoft  a customer support service for this  kind of problems ?
