Since being kicked out of Hotmail by a technical glitch and reentering with a new password, followed by being automatically switched to Outlook and then changing back manually to Hotmail, messages in my queues have been "telescoped," with several related
emails listed under one title and a number in parentheses next to the entry indicating how many messages are hidden under the first subject-line. This is happening in all folders, including "Drafts," where these multiple messages are chaining to messages in
other folders and also refuse to print. Your program is also duplicating attachments unnecessarily, which wastes resources at your end. I'm a freelance writer who submits queries and projects via Hotmail, and I MUST see each individual response as a separate
entry in my queue to avoid confusion and missed replies. I could lose sales and input because of this. How can I revert to displaying each message individually, as it was before? REPLY REQUESTED.
