Original title: windows live outgoing mail

a sent email has been caught in my outbox in windows live mail and is preventing any further outgoing mail to be sent.  in mail is arriving.  i uninstalled mail and reinstalled it but no change.  i purchased PC-doctor and no help just lost 20 bucks.
