I have been having issues with my hotmail account, it stopped coming to my phone so I tried to Signor it and that did not work. I then tried to sign in with a computer and a message popped up saying that my account had been compromised. I filled out all the information and had the reset link sent to my husbands account. When that came through i clicked on it and tried to reset my password and it would not continue or say anything about my password being changed. It did not change it at all....I tried to google hotmail support which i know is not the right thing to do but all the people that I spoke with wanted access to my computer and told me that my network was not secure. They also wanted payment for their work....I did not allow them access to my computer or gave them my credit card. I rescently contacted shaw who is my email network and they advised that my account is secure and gave me the number to contact microsoft.  The lady I spoke with at shaw also tried to get a new link to help me sent to her email address which we must wait 24 hours for a response. I have alot of information through my email that i need or I would have started a new account due to all my frustration.
