My son can't access his account. We've tried the verification process but it says he's not providing enough information. He can't remember the last emails he sent (he uses the account to receive emails but doesn't often need to reply) and none of the other
questions apply.
Now it says his account is blocked. Argh!
What do we do? The process is automated and there's no link on how to speak to an actual person about this.
