I have tried everything I can to unlink the accounts completely, but nothing has solved the issue. My emails are not forwarded, and there are no options in Outlook.com's settings or Microsoft Account management settings that will let me resolve the issue.
I have called Microsoft and done live chatting, but every time I'm told it's not possible for the person on the other end of the conversation to resolve the issue.
I want my accounts unlinked completely. This is essentially my last option, and I was referred here by the live-chat support individual.
