Since installing the latest update for MS Outlook 2011, outlook could not access the keychain passwords. I ended up resetting keychain, which solved that problem.

But since then, Outlook now never remembers our email account passwords. Every time you start the program, you must enter the passwords. I've gone into account settings and added the correct passwords, but when you close and reopen the program, the passwords aren't there. Looking in Keychain there is not relavent keychain item for outlook. I tried creating one myself, but that didn't work (and I'm not sure what details to put in the target outlook)

If anyone could help, that will be great!
