Microsoft Support do not appear to be properly supporting people. I see a lot of similar blocking events with other folk around 18th July 2013. Microsoft have a big problem here, and they do not appear to be properly helping their customers to sort it.
This has got to be one of the most stressful things I have ever encountered. I don't need this stress. I have anti-virus and keep Windows up to date. This is not my fault. I could have important emails waiting - job interviews even. This is driving me
to distraction.
I don't know how exactly I worded my security question, but the essence of it is correct - it surely just needs someone to manually check!
