Hi,

I cannot access personal information pertaining to work files and documents and other personal data like pictures and music files. I am getting a warning saying that your account us suspended due to content that may be in violation with our TOU. Please apply for reinstatement. I applied and raised a ticket got the reply as below.

Can anybody help me with fixing this issue.

Information about my account:
Recent account usage : Account was last accessed during the first week of June 2013 and I had uploaded travel related documents.
I am originally from India and I am currently in Australia on work and I do not want to lose this data , I request you to let me download the data as SkyDrive was the only place I stored all my personal data or revoke the account suspension urgently as this would adversely affect my work here.
