Missing header fields (in-reply-to, references) for replied message.

Why Outlook.com application on Google Play with version 7.8.2.11.48.4848 is not setting "in-reply-to" and "references" fields of message header when I replied a message via the application?

Is there any other header filed to identify parent messages of mail thread?
