Someone(Farooq Ahmad Shaikh from Sindh, Pakistan) else is using my email address

<removed by moderator> for his Facebook account. I don't know how to stop him for doing this illegal act; I am very upset and tried to send emails by using reply button, but still nothing has been done by any body. Please tell me that how can I resolve this problem? Thanks!
