I need a moderator to check when my hotmail account was hacked, what was the ip address and if my account safe now?
I've reset my password and changed my security settings. I dont need to be told to do this again. If there is something else I need to do please advise.
I spent an hour on the phone today to Microsoft. Nobody could help me or guarantee my account is safe. I dont get why no verbal support is offered for hotmail. Why am I paying a subscription each year?
My premium account is due for subscription now. When my account was hacked my credit card details obtained. The credit card had expired and even though the hacker tried to use my credit card, it was unsuccessful.
I am not updating my credit card details with Microsoft until I get a guarantee my account is secure. I'm willing to lose all mails and shut down the account.
