I tried to go through the password reset, but when I submit to have the information sent to my new e-mail address (*** Email address is removed for privacy *** is old and no longer is use), I simply receive the request for reset form, which I have to filled out again and again. I seem to be caught in a loop. I need to have my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account unlocked and my password reset on the account.
