All of my text messages are counting as unread emails when I sign in to my Outlook on my pc. I no longer know how many unread messages I actually have in my inbox. I did disable my SMS sync, which seems to prevent new text messages from adding to the
problem, but I can't seem to alter this number in any way (ie. by deleting these text messages through the email app on my Android).
Also my Outlook Deleted folder is showing that there are deleted messages in it when there are none there, so I am constantly checking it only to find nothing there.
I really would like to get my Outlook back to normal on my pc, and would probably even disable/get rid of my email app on the phone if that's what it takes, as I don't really use it there anyway. All I really would like my phone to be able to do is to check
emails while I am away and possibly reply, but I don't need to use my phone as a primary device/method for dealing with emails.
Any information on how to correct this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
