My Hot Mail account has been hacked. I can no longer access my mail or my address book. I was given a number to call and they told me they would charge $ 189 to fix. But then I called MICROSOFT. They sent me an e mail about the forum but I do not know how to access it to fix my problem. Can someone out there help me. I would like to be able to continue to use my hotmail account with the same address if that is possible. If not at least be able to access my inbox and continue to use Hot Mail perhaps with a new address and password. Where do I go from here?
