I can no longer log in to hotmail. It has not changed to outlook, just refused to let me log in. I have followed all steps to retrieve password, get help etc etc I have opened an outlook account in an attempt to move all my old emails, info, contacts etc ( now lost god knows where) but of course that won't work. Please explain to me what the **** I'm supposed to do now with no email address, no contacts, no saved emails and no ability to do anything about it. Please don't suggest I go through all the hoops and try retrieving/changing/ accessing this that and the other, I've tried it and it doesn't work. One final question, if hotmail just became outlook then why did my password just suddenly become wrong and will you please answer my question and fix it? Thank you.
