I have been getting mail for months saying they were attempting to renew my Hotmail Plus account. After the first attempt they said my payment method had expired, which it had so I went an removed the old one and added 2 new ones that were current. I continued
to get these emails even though I updated the payment methods AND set one of them that always has funds as the primary... yet Microsoft continued to try and use the one I removed. Today they say my subscription has been canceled... I am still trying to find
a way to renew it but thee is virtually no support in the account center as it directed me here. I have entirely too much email that goes to this address to lose it. I need someone to help me, or at leas give me a phone number or something right away. Thank
