my hotmail was deleted by MS and replaced with OUTLOOK I can see how to forward an e-mail my address is gone how do I get my hgotmail back that was taken by MS

I am a 66 yr old guy and I cannot figure out why this was done or how to get my hotmail back

heck I cannot find my address book or find where to forward e-mail
