My inbox says I have 1 unread email, but even when I mark all as read, it still says that there is 1 unread email. Please advise on how I remove this

My inbox says I have 1 unread email, but even when I mark everything in my inbox as READ, it still says that there is 1 unread email. Please advise on how I remove this.

(even moving all emails from my inbox to another folder, the inbox still says there is 1 unread email)
