My junk has filtered into my inbox and inbox safe has been switch into junk box? And ides how to fix this issue?

when going to inbox, there is junk mail . It was a clean mailbox before this. Now my ok'd inbox messages are filtering in my junk box. Anyone with any suggestions  Thank you
