My Outlook.com account was blocked when I tried to send an e-mail last night (Oct. 27) , A message said Outlook had encountered unusual activity with my account. I was given a choice to Verify my login. I clicked Verify and a message said I would receive
a code via my home phone number (an internet phone). The phone never rang. I tried a second time and the phone never rang again.
I just spent the last week changing my account mail addresses over to Outlook.com. Thus, the problem is a serious one for me. I hope I don't have to go through this process with some other e-mail account in the near future.
Can you help unblock my Outlook.com e-mail account?
