When I send emails to anyone they cannot see my profile picture,it just shows a blank picture.Also it doesn't show in there contact list in the PEOPLE section either.Lastly there are a few contacts in my list in People too that are not showing but blank and some where I can see there pictures....can anyone help with this please?...THIS IS IN MY MICROSOFT OUTLOOK.COM ACCOUNT...the new version.
