If I send mail from my Outlook account to someone on my contact list it shows my correct name.

If that person replies from a Gmail account to my Outlook account it has a different first name but correct last name.

I have a gmail account also and it has my correct name on all settings as does my Outlook account. I have spent 2 hours going back and forth between the two accounts to check and can't find where it is having the wrong name connected to my Outlook account.

For example:

Outlook account email address: butterflies+my last *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

If someone is reply to that same address it has my name as: (again only a example)zebras+my last *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Not sure why if the reply is not from a Outlook account its changing my first name.

Any help is appreciated.
