Look, this is my last attempt to get help. Get this to a manager because I've had such a bad experience. If you don't make it easier for me to get this problem resolved you don't deserve my business.
The email address in question is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I couldn't take your ads anymore so I paid to upgrade the service for that reason only. And the ads are still there! Its a web-based email.. thought logging out/in or clearing cache would work. It didn't. I called the billing dept and they couldn't help me.. but an hour later they pointed me to this help portal. Let me tell you about your help portal.. it doesn't help. I haven't been able reply to private message as the screen just spins waiting for something to happen.. the tab becomes useless and I need to close it. So don't tell me to reply with screenshots in a private thread because its not working for me.
Last chance. I don't think anybody in customer service should need anything else from me.. you have my email, take my word for it.. the ads are still there (If you require a screenshot before we can move forward please just pass me along to cancel the paid service as I refuse to spend any more time on this issue.. Please send customer service messages to the same email.
