Forum Moderator closed the thread after giving me a link that doesn't work. and i cant reply to her telling her i cant access the link
well my account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) is blocked a message appears: Someone entered the wrong password too many times.
If you signed up for this account through an organization, you might not be able to use it yet.
and I don't have access to the alternate email.
so I did ask for a manual validation process under the case : SRX1215514573ID
validation process info ( ip - last passwords etc)
at the end of the validation process an escalation agent telling me that all the info I provided is wrong and doesn't match the account info since it was created , and i was surprised because before my account was block i asked for
a password reset on 6/3/2013 and Windows Live Global Escalations Team did send me the password reset after they checked my info which was the same exact info I provide for the escalation agent which he told me the info was wrong !
and i really ask that no one close the thread until someone really can help with my case please.
