I cant play on my xbox online because the system is asking me to validate the account. I do not remember my hotmail password and have tried to use the recovery system but Microsoft still refuse to give me my details. i would like to speak with someone over the phone or via another e-mail account to correct this problem. I cant play online games until this problem is sorted. is there anyway to change my xbox live account to another email address.
