I've been trying for months to close my Hotmail account and keep getting placed into a loop I can't get out of, and ultimately can't do it.  It tells me that I need to "deactivate my account," which when I click through to do, it tells me that first I need to cancel my billing services.  BUT I DON'T HAVE ANY BILLING SERVICES TO CANCEL.  Please help me wrap this up and close this account. Thanks.
