I wanted reset my password on my Dell and Apple accounts.  They said the typical reply that they would forward me an email with the instructions to re-set.  However no email is showing up in my Outlook.  All other emails are getting through.  I checked my Junk email and their emails are not appearing in there.  Any ideas?
