I first noticed there was an issue when a company was trying to send my secured files and only my husband's email address was getting the message with attachment. The company sent to me over and over and never received a failure message and I never received the emails nor a failure notification. Then, I saw that on that date, there was a reported issue with email with attachments not being delivered but that it was fixed and emails would begin to be delivered. Well, the emails sent over that 48 hour period NEVER showed up.
Since then, today and yesterday, I have tried to send myself a picture via email from my iphone, so essentially coming from myself. I am not getting anything. I am not getting failure notifications, nor receiving the email. In addition, I tried to send the picture to my work email, and again, it's not coming. So, is the issue sending to/from myself, or is the issue, sending from a mobile device?
I am up for renewal and don't want to may my annual fee if the service I'm used to is not going to continue. I always get my email and size has never been an issue. What's the issue now?
