Hey, has anyone had outlook not allow emails to be viewed after being selected?  I hover my mouse over the email title, the trash symbol, the flag symbol.  It won't execute those functions!  If I right click and bring up a list and select delete, it will work.  This problem started immediately after I updated to windows 8.1.  It says it fixes glitches but it is giving me glitches! Any assistance would be great.  I have already signed in and out several times and shut down my lap top several times.  It does execute properly on my handheld and my apple computer.
