I have just transferred from Hotmail to Outlook, whilst I recieved a notification from outlook saying "as promised all your old emails are perfectly safe", none of my personally named hotmail folders containing my emails and important information are visible. My new outlook inbox is totally empty! This is not due to inactivity, hacking or using a mobile to access my account. I am aware many other users are experiencing this difficulty, so it would seem there is a glitch with Microsoft and the new Oultook interface. I have tried following advise given to other users, to restore deleted e-mails, but have had no success. I would really like all my e-mails and important pictures and information back. Please assist me to complete this request?
