On my HP netbook tried to change hot mail to outlook but not able

I had no bother changing my laptop or Tower PC to get updated Outlook but just do not seem to change it on my Netbook

I go straight to Windows Live mail which I have an Account too. My mail on my other computers does not show up on this one.
