I received an email from a friend asking me to sign in to review important work related documents.  Someone had hacked into his email and sent the email so I decided I better reset my email account password.  I have done that and now I cannot receive email on my lap top in Outlook.  I can log into AOL and new emails arrive there and I receive them on my phone.  I reset all 3 accounts; phone, Aol and Outlook with the same user name and password.  the incoming and outgoing mail servers all match.  I can send emails, but no new emails come into Outlook since I change the username and password.
