This is the issue: I tried to synch my contacts from my outlook 2010 (exchange) account with my outlook.com/hotmail account and only about 2/3 of the contacts are being transferred. So whenever I need to update or work with contacts on my W8 phone it appears that contacts are randomly present as contacts from my outlook exchange account or in the .com account or both. How can I achieve a complete match between the two accounts?
