My computer has been on all day as it is most days.  All of my Outlook 2010 emails were there earlier today.  After lunch I went back to my computer and now most of my emails that were in the Inbox from the past 10 months are gone.  The electricity has not gone off.  This is my home computer.  Right now I have 2 emails from today, 1 from 2 days ago, 2 from 4 days ago and so on.  I probably have 20-50 emails that I keep each day for the job I do.  Anyone know what's going on?
