I just set up my OUTLOOK 2010 and I can't toggle the working on and off line, to online.  Clicking on the red X and globe does not work.  Send messages not show up in my OUTLOOK mail box.  These were test messages sent to myself and a friend.  When the friend replied, no message was in my OUTLOOK mail box, just my regular one.
