Comcast made a change to their server settings. now on my 2nd email I get 16999 on every new incoming mail.  It says:

No such blob: mailbox=75339, item=233700, change=1665900

I have searched to find how to interpret "blob", item#, and change to no avail.  I can log in to online server no problem it is just on download to Outlook.  Settings for both accounts are identical. Default account has no problem.  Comcast is useless for support "error? we don't create errors! What did you call about? I'll put you on hold for another hour before I disconnect you".  So any clue as to how to determine blob or change or how to fix receive settings for second email?
