I updated my Outlook 2011 to Version 14.3.6 on July 22.  Since then, I have had application freeze issues on a daily basis.  I have to force quit the application and then restart.  Things work fine for a while and then I'll either get extreme performance degradation - takes 20-30 seconds for each letter I type to appear on the screen - or an all out freeze.  This happens 3-7 times over the course of a typical work day.

I have had this issue in the past but not for the last two or three version upgrades.  A colleague using a similar vintage MacBook Air (OS 10.8.4 / 1.8 GHz / 4 GB memory) has had similar issues.

Compare to some of the other posts I've seen, this seems version specific.  Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting?  Uninstall/reinstall?
